Shipping Policy

We offer $12 flat rate shipping in Australia. Free postage on orders over $150 in Australia. 

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

When your order has been posted, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an Australia Post tracking number that can be used to check your package status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your tracking number, please reach out via the Contact Us page or email hello@hillgrangeequestrian.com.au with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
