Shipping Policy

We offer $12 flat rate shipping in Australia and $20 flat rate shipping in New Zealand. Free postage on orders over $150 in Australia and $250 in New Zealand. 

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

When your order has been posted, you will receive an email notification from us which will include an Australia Post tracking number that can be used to check your package status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your tracking number, please reach out via the Contact Us page or email hello@hillgrangeequestrian.com.au with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

You can skip the postage charges with free local pickup or delivery available in Tamworth NSW. Simply select local pickup at the checkout and your order will be prepared and ready for pick up or delivery within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you a text message when your order is ready along with instructions.
