I can't wait to receive my order, how long does dispatch take?

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days, however if you need something in a hurry please reach out to us via the Contact Us page or email hello@hillgrangeequestrian.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do pre-orders work?

We offer pre-orders on some of our best sellers a few weeks out from them being available to post out. Occasionally there are some shipping delays, however we will do our best to communicate with you in the event of a delay.

Are out of stock items available as special orders?

Some of our range can be special ordered if out of stock on our website. It is best to contact us via the Contact Us page or email hello@hillgrangeequestrian.com.au with details on on your enquiry including style, colour and size and we will do our best to assist you.  

My purchase is a gift, do you gift wrap?

Of course we do, we love to gift wrap! If you would like us to write in a note, please write it in the note section at the checkout.

Do you have a physical shop front?

We do have a small show room in Tamworth, NSW that can be attended via a pre-arranged appointment only to view and try on our range. We also have a local pick-up option for online sales. To make arrangements send a message via the Contact Us page or email hello@hillgrangeequestrian.com.au.

Equestrian sizes can be so tricky, how do I know if I am buying the right size?

Great question, please feel free to contact us via email or social media for assistance with sizes. We can often compare brand sizes and provide measurements to help you find the right fit. It's what we do best!
