Polo Shirts – You Either Love Them or Hate Them

You either love or hate a polo shirt. I have always been a polo shirt lover around horses for a few reasons. They look really smart tucked into breeches, they are hard wearing and provide lots of sun protection around the neck.

While looking for products to stock at Hillgrange Equestrian I come across the polo shirts from Dark Horse Riding Wear. I loved the short sleeve polos, however I was a little sceptical on the long sleeve version. In the interest of testing different products, I gave the long sleeve version a go.
 
My scepticism was soon gone after a few wears and washes.
 
The material is beautiful and soft, it has a very slight stretch which I love – these is nothing worse than a tight-fitting polo shirt. They feature a generous collar which has lovely contrasting colours – I am all about sun protection in our hot Aussie sun. The long sleeves were slim fitting and the perfect length for someone who constantly struggles to find long sleeves that are actually long enough. The length of the shirt was also another win being long enough to tuck into your breeches….and it stays tucked in!
 
I am finding that these polo shirts wash up really well, dry quick and withstand everyday wear. The colour is holding really nicely and the material does not pill!
