Refund and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and refunds up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused, has all tags attached and is in its original condition. We will refund the full order cost less any postage charges.

Should you wish to exchange your item, it will be processed as a return and the new order will incur postage charges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hell@hillgrangeequestrian.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case -by-case basis.
